Travel Experiences Refund Policy

Team Travel Experience:

Unless otherwise specified in the event agreement:

120+ days before the event: Full refund of fees paid.
90 to 120 days before the event: 75% refund of fees paid.
45 to 89 days before the event: 50% refund of fees paid.
15 to 44 days before the event: 25% refund of fees paid.
14 days or less before the event: No refund.

If the participant does not show up, no refund will be issued. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the US office. No refunds will be given to players who voluntarily leave or are removed for disciplinary reasons.

Refund Policy for Individual Cancellations within a Team

60+ days before the event: Full refund of fees paid.
60 days or less before the event: No refund.

Individual Travel Experience:

Unless otherwise specified in the event agreement:

90+ days before the event: Full refund of fees paid.
30 to 90 days before the event: 50% refund of fees paid.
15 to 30 days before the event: 25% refund of fees paid.
7 days or less before the event: No refund.

‍What if a participant is sick or injured?

If a player is sick or injured and cannot attend, a doctor’s note on official letterhead must be provided to be considered for a refund. Administrative fees may still apply.

Important Note

‍A $250 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
