Players will have their cell phones available with them throughout the trip. Additionally, anemergency phone number belonging to TOTAL staff will also be provided.

Please inform us during the registration process. Knowing in advance will allow us to coordinate directly with the hotel chef to prepare special meals that they can consume and limit those they should avoid.

It will depend on the type of tour; it varies between 2 to 4 players per room. As additional information, all rooms have air conditioning.

Yes, there is a laundry service that will be handled at the end of a training day or match, and it will be returned folded and clean in the morning.

Our medical staff will be available throughout the camps to handle injuries and illnesses. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if a serious injury occurs or if their child needs to leave the camp early for medical reasons. Please make a note in the medical section of your registration if there is any medical condition we should be aware of before the player's attendance.

Each player must have some form of health insurance if they are going to participate in any activities. If a player needs emergency medical attention, hospitals will require proof of health insurance or payment on-site. As secondary insurance, TOTAL would provide one.

Parents are welcome to attend training sessions and matches during the day to observe. We respectfully ask that all family members stay off the field, in designated areas, and refrain from interacting with coaches or players during the sessions.
